About Us

Adre’s Kitchen is a bespoke catering business specialising in the production and distribution of freshly prepared ready to eat meals, deli products and bespoke catering. We will be hosting food related events in our studio in Saltriver.

Use of Site

You may only use this site to browse the content, make legitimate purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent purchase. This site and the content provided in this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed. ‘Deep-linking’, ’embedding’ or using analogous technology is strictly prohibited. Unauthorised use of this site and/or the materials contained on this site may violate applicable copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws or other laws.

The contents of this site are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose and non infringement. The owner of this site, the authors of these contents and in general anybody connected to this site

This privacy policy applies to all the web pages related to this website. All the information gathered in the online forms on the website is used to personally identify users that subscribe to this service. Delivery Policy

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.


Delivery days may change weekly.
We normally deliver Tuesdays for DETOX PACKAGE and Wednesday for our full menu.
Occasionally we will deliver on a Friday our freshly prepared meals.
Please see the website for delivery days or email us and we will get back to you.

We endeavour to have your food delivered to you before 12pm on the day, Should you not receive your parcel by 2pm, the onus is on you to immediately contact Adre’s Kitchen.

Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided from the outset and that there is an available contact for accepting delivery of your order.
Adre’s Kitchen may not be held responsible for food spoilage due to deliveries not been received without informing us in the stipulated time.

Undeliverable Packages

As food is been transported, should no-one be available to accept the package, the package will be returned to Adre’s Kitchen. Should the package need to be re-delivered additional delivery fees may apply. All title and risk including spoilt meals due to extended transit time such as returning of meal packs will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

Order Processing

Orders will only be confirmed once full payment has been made.

Refunds/returns Policy

Adre’s Kitchen has a no cash refund policy. Should you wish to cancel your order a credit voucher will be issued.

Gift Vouchers

Coupons are valid from 6 months of purchase. If a voucher is not redeemed within the 6 month period, it will expire.


Please Note: All food prepared in our kitchen may contain or may have come in contact with, in a facility that also processes: dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, soy, and tree nuts. Although most of our food are gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan friendly, we do not have designated area for gluten-free food. We handle meat, fish and dairy on a daily basis.

Prior to consumption, please be sure to carefully check all individual product packages for the most updated information regarding ingredients for any/all of Adre’s Kitchen food products, including deli items, if you have any food allergies or if you are otherwise concerned about any particular ingredients please email our kitchen before consumption.

Our kitchen facilities process and regularly use nuts. We do our best to accommodate allergies, but do not provide a product for people with medically-necessitated diets or severe allergies.

Correct Storage

It’s important to put your meals and perishable items in the refrigerator when you receive them. By purchasing any of our products you agree to properly and promptly refrigerate all meals until you plan to eat them. Since all of our food is fresh (and preservative-free, chemical-free, etc.), it will go bad if not properly stored.

Food Substitution Policy

We are passionately seasonal, availability of certain items may change without notice and we reserve the right to substitute a similar product with another.


The images and colours displayed on the site do not necessarily represent or depict actual meal programs or food offered by Adre’s Kitchen. Meals and meal programs are subject to change without notice.

Payment Options and Pricing

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). Your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and
delivery charges. Adre’s Kitchen reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Credit Card
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If you do not have a credit card please utilise one of the other payment options, or simply log off and return to the site at a later time to complete your order.

EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
One of the most widely used ways of sending money online. Once you have added enough items to your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via EFT. You will then have to load Adre’s Kitchen as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique order number in the reference line for your payment. This should ensure speedy processing and delivery of your selected products.

Security Policy
1 Virtual Card Services process all credit card transactions. All credit card transactions are 128 bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypted. The company registration  documents and the site’s registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte, ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate VCS to obtain confidential information.
2 Virtual Card Services is committed to providing secure online services. All encryption complies with international standards. Encryption is used to protect the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions. Virtual Card Services Internet servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.


I understand that all the designs and trademarks are registered to Adre’s Kitchen and hereby accept the terms and conditions. I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in anyway and understand the legal implications thereof. Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by Adre’s Kitchen for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.
